-->right click on my computer
-->manage
-->(computer management will open)
-->system tools
-->local user &Groups
-->user
-->right click administrator( or desired user)
-->set password
-->(warning)
-->procced
-->set password
-->confirmation password
-->OK
-->password set




it can happen in just 10 to 15 sec.
